Crochet Bra /Bralette Cups Pattern

Crochet Bra /Bralette Cups Pattern

Abbreviations:

DC - Double Crochet

Ch - Chain

Materials:

Size 4 Acrylic yarn

3.5 mm crochet hook

Scissors

Inch tape for measuring

Pattern starts here

Measure height from the bottom of your chest to the nipple( or the center of the bust). Let's say 5 inches. You gonna make a chain of length 5 inches.

1. Begin with a slip knot and make 17 chain stitches which in my case is measuring 7 inches.

2. Add 3 more chains - this is considered as the turning chain. 1 DC at 4th ch from hook. 1 DC in each ch stitch across except the last ch stitch. 2 DC, 2 Ch, 2 DC into the last ch stitch.

3. Continue to make 1 DC in each stitch across on the opposite side. Total 16 DC stitches.

4. Chain 3 and flip. Make 1 DC in each st across. Total 18 DC stitches.

5. Into the ch 2 loop, make 2 DC, 2 ch, 2 DC.

6. 1 DC in each of the next 18 stitches.

Repeat from step 4 to step 6 till desired number of rows.

I made a total of 8 rows. If you want more coverage then go ahead and make extra rows and vie versa.

An ad free Step by step picture instructions is available in my Etsy and Ravelry stores.

Tip: For small cup sizes like A, B you can make 3 DC, 2 ch, 3 DC at every turning edge. This adds more length to the bra cup as compared to the width of the bra.

For large cups, try 1 DC, 2 ch, 1 DC to give more width to the bra cup.

Please note: This Crochet bra cup pattern is for personal use only. Please don’t copy, reproduce, alter, distribute or sell this pattern in whole or in parts. You may sell the finished products but please credit me as the designer and link back to this post.

Please share your feedback with the pictures of your project. I would like to incorporate your feedback and suggestions to my pattern
